Current registration amount
The current ₹1 amount is a temporary registration payment, not the full fee for any programme.
When to contact us
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or need help with a registration payment, contact us through WhatsApp support and include your registration ID or Razorpay payment reference.
Review of requests
We review eligible payment concerns individually after verifying the transaction. Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment source through the available payment process.
Programme fees
If you enrol in a programme with a separate fee, the programme-specific refund and cancellation terms shared at enrolment will apply.
Cancellations
You may contact us before programme enrolment to ask us to cancel a registration enquiry or stop follow-up communication.
